Switch Free Trial - Premium to Elite
If you're in the middle of your Premium trial and want to switch an Elite trial, head over to your Membership & Billing Page. Under Elite, click "Try it free". In the pop-up window, please note your remaining trial days for Elite. If everything looks good, click "Start Free Trial".
*NOTE: If you signed up for your trial on the mobile app (via Apple or Google), you are unable to switch the tier that you're trialing. Apple & Google's security does not allow Going to make any changes to mobile-managed subscriptions purchased through their platforms. You will need to request any membership changes directly with Apple or Google.
Switch Free Trial - Elite to Premium
If you're in the middle of an Elite trial and want to switch to a Premium trial, head to your Billing Page, and first select "Cancel Free Trial". Next, select the prompt that says "Switch to Premium". In the pop-up window, note your remaining trial days for Premium.
