If you signed up on the web (Going.com) follow these steps:
- Head to your Membership & Billing Page
- Select the Elite upgrade option
We'll do all the math so any unused time on your Premium membership will be applied as a credit to your Elite upgrade. You'll get to confirm your payment details before finalizing your upgrade.
If you signed up on the mobile app (and your subscription is managed by Apple or Google), follow these steps:
- Open the app & navigate to your Membership & Billing Page (tap the person icon in the top-right corner).
- Select the Elite upgrade option.
- If you decide to switch, your Elite membership will start immediately and a full upgrade payment will be processed.
- After the upgrade payment, Apple or Google will issue you a refund reflective of the time remaining on your previous subscription.
If your Elite payment was processed less than 30 days ago:
- Head to your Billing Page
- Select "Manage Your Membership"
- You'll see an option indicating "Switch to Premium" - just select that and follow the confirmation pages
- We'll move you to Premium right away and refund you the difference in tiers automatically.
If your Elite payment was processed more than 30 days ago:
You can switch to a Premium membership for your next renewal! Simply head to your Billing Page. You'll find an option indicating "Switch to Premium" - choose this option, follow the confirmation pages, and you'll automatically be switched to Premium when your Elite membership term ends.
- To switch to trial an Elite membership, head over to your Membership Selection page
- Under Elite, click "Try it free"
- In the pop-up window, please note your remaining trial days for Elite
- If everything looks good, click "Start Free Trial"
*NOTE: If you signed up for your trial on the mobile app (via Apple or Google), you are unable to switch the tier that you're trialing. Apple & Google's security does not allow Going to make any changes to mobile-managed subscriptions purchased through their platforms. You will need to request any membership changes directly with Apple or Google.
- In your Billing Page, first select "Cancel Free Trial".
- Next, select the prompt that says "Switch to Premium".
- In the pop-up window, note your remaining trial days for Premium.
