For subscriptions through Going.com
You can update your credit card on file with us in your Billing settings page here. Once your new payment information has been added, your next annual charge will be processed on that credit card.
If you're running into issues while updating your card, please reach out to our support team so they can help you out.
For subscriptions through the mobile app (Apple or Google Play)
You'll need to update your card directly with either Apple or Google.
