Going is so excited to launch our first-ever mobile app - now, the best Going deals will be delivered right to the palm of your hand. Read on for some answers to common questions!

How do I download the app?

Visit our Mobile landing page here on your mobile device! You'll be able to download on iOS or Android. You can also search for "Going" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store!

How do I login to my existing Going account on the app?

To login to your existing Going account on the app, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Going app.
  2. If you're not already logged in, you'll see prompts to Log In or Sign Up. Select Log In
  3. Follow the prompts on the page to login to your Going account

*Important note: Please log in via the method you previously used to sign into Going. Ex: If you used Apple or Google single-sign-on in the past, you'll want to log in the same way now. If you used an email or password combo, you'll instead want to type in those credentials.

Logging in via a different method than you originally did may create a second account linked to a different email address. If you need assistance figuring out your previous login method, reach out to our support team here!

What features are currently available in the app?
Our app will allow members to explore the globe and view and search deals - more importantly, it will allow members to receive push notifications about deal alerts right to their mobile device so they never miss a great deal. On the app, you also have access to your destination Watchlist and Points deals.
Are there any features currently not available in the app?
This is only the beginning -- while our initial app launch is focusing mainly on deal alerts, many more features will be added in the coming months: be on the lookout for in-app referrals, guides & newsletters, and more. 

In the meantime, you can always log into Going.com on your web browser to access those currently web-only features.
How do I book a flight in the app?
When you find a deal you want to book on the app, you'll see a button that says Book this Deal. Just tap that button and your native browser will open so you can complete your booking through Google Flights just like you would on the web! How can I submit information about an issue I'm experiencing in the app?

To report an issue you’re experiencing with the app, simply create a ticket here or send an email to support@going.com with a clear description of the problem, including any specific actions leading to the issue and, if possible, attach screenshots or screen recordings. Descriptive reports such as “The Terms & Conditions button doesn’t open the T&C webpage” are incredibly helpful. For any general feedback or feature requests, feel free to use the same email address. Our team is here to assist and improve your app experience.

How do I turn on push notifications?
In the app, first open your Settings, then navigate to Notifications. From there, select either Flight Alerts or Marketing Alerts. In each page, toggle on or off the push notifications you'd like to receive.
Why should I turn on push notifications?
By turning on push notifications, you unlock access to exclusive, top-tier deals curated by our team. From expertly chosen offers to mistake fares that disappear in a blink, these alerts are your personal lookout for unbeatable travel opportunities, ensuring you’re always one step ahead.
How can I view my referrals in the app?
Our new referral program is currently only hosted on the Web version of Going.com, but we plan to add it to the app very soon! In the meantime, you login on the web to view your referrals here. P.S. Any referral time earned before February 12, 2024 has been added to your account and will be reflected on your membership and billing page. 
How can I cancel my membership through the app?
The cancellation process will vary depending on how your membership was purchased - if you upgraded on the web (Going.com), you will need to log into your Billing Page on the web in order to cancel. If you upgraded on the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you'll need to cancel directly through your providers. How do I upgrade within the app?
To upgrade from Limited to Premium, simply follow the prompts on the Billing Page. Depending on your device, you'll upgrade directly with the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. 

To upgrade from Premium to Elite, you can also do so on the Billing page. If you decide to switch, your Elite membership will begin immediately, and a full upgrade payment will be processed. After that payment is processed, Apple will issue you a partial refund reflective of the time remaining on your previous Premium subscription.
