How do I sign up and get Going?

First things first: 

Click here to sign up for a Going membership! You'll have three options for how to sign up. Keep in mind that whatever method you choose to sign up will also have to be the way you log in every time.

1. Sign up with Google

Select the "Continue with Google" button, then use the Google authorization form to select your Google account.

2. Sign up with Apple

Select the "Continue with Apple" button, then use the Apple authorization form to select your Apple account

3. Sign up with your email address and a password

Enter your email address and set your chosen password.

Select your home airport

First, we'll show you some examples of real past deals members have loved. After that, you'll be prompted to add your Home Airport:

Simply type in the city, airport name, or airport code you would like to set as your Home Airport.

Note: We currently find deals departing from over 175 airports located in the U.S., Puerto Rico & St. Thomas. If your domestic (US-based) home airport is currently unsupported, you can fill out this request form for our team to review. We also hope to expand internationally in the future - you can request a specific international departure airport by filling out this form.

Select additional departure airports (optional)

If you like, you can select additional airports to follow. This is optional - if you'd like to skip this step for now, simply click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen.

Pro Tip: Rethink international travel by following more US departure airports to get more deals. If you see a great deal from a different airport, you can grab a connecting flight from your home airport, then fly overseas. Often, this saves money overall! Learn more about what airports to follow here.

Select your top destinations (optional)

Tell us where you'd most like to visit! We'll make some suggestions, but you can also use the search bar to add specific cities, states, or countries. This is optional - if you'd like to skip this step for now, simply click "Add Later" on the bottom of the screen.

Confirm your email

Finally, we'll send a confirmation email to your address. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive this email in a few minutes. For Gmail users, you can also check your Trash and Promotions folders. If you still don't see the email, you can contact our Member Success team here.

Once you open the confirmation email, click the "Verify Your Account" button within the confirmation email:

Note: If you're having trouble when clicking the button, you can also copy the link in the email and paste it into an incognito browser window.

Once you verify your email address, you will see a confirmation screen. Click the "Log In" button to continue:

Choose your membership plan

We offer three memberships: Limited (free), Premium, and Elite. To learn more about the tiers, click here. You can trial either of our paid plans for free for 14 days by selecting "Try Premium Free" or "Try Elite Free" by toggling to your preferred plan on this page. You can also see a side-by-side comparison for these two plans here. Select either Premium or Elite, or choose "Stay Limited" on the top of this screen. 

Check out your deals!

Click "View Deals" to see all the current deals we've found for your departure airports. You can also add additional departure airports here.
