What are your privacy and security measures?

We appreciate our members' concerns about privacy and security. We would never put our members — or our reputation as a company — at risk by using weak protections for your credit card information, or any of your other personal details.

Though we have a new name, we remain 100% self-owned and operated with full control over this process, and have ensured that members' security is at the forefront.

All credit card transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, the industry leader in credit card security, trusted by 100,000+ other online businesses, like Best Buy, NPR, and UNICEF. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent certification in the payments industry.

You can view our current Privacy Policy here. Rest assured we do not sell our members' financial and personal information and we do everything in our power to keep your data safe! If at any time you'd like to remove your credit card information from our system, that's no problem at all. Email our Member Success Team at support@going.com and we'll make sure your request is fulfilled.

Do you provide 3d Secure?

Yes; 3D Secure (3-domain Structure, also known as payer authentication) is a security protocol that helps prevent fraud in online credit or debit card transactions.

If you're using a credit card that is enrolled in 3D Secure while purchasing an Elite or Premium Going membership, you're likely to see a 3D Secure page appear after inputting your credit card details into the payment page.

The 3D Secure page will ask you to authenticate the purchase to your issuing bank by entering a password or a one-time PIN (usually sent to you via SMS). After that, the transaction will be authorized, and you'll see whether or not the transaction was successful.

We value your choice to do business with us, and the main benefit of 3D Secure is that it reduces the likelihood of fraudulent transactions — making online payment more secure for our members.
