Sometimes a great deal is hard to come by in your home city (especially if your airport is a smaller one), so you might find an amazing deal from a relatively nearby hub that’s just beyond driving distance. In many cases, it makes sense to book a positioning flight to a larger airport to grab a better deal - this often still saves major $$$!
