How do I redeem my gift card?

We're so excited you've received the Gift of Going! To redeem your Premium or Elite gift card, please follow the steps below.

Important note: Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the mobile app. All gift cards must be redeemed on Going.com in your web browser.

Visit Going.com/giftcards-redeem
If you already have a Going membership, click “Sign In” to log into your existing membership. After you've signed in, skip to step #12 on this page.
If you are a new Going member, click “Sign Up” to create an account. You can input an email address and password combo, or sign up with Google or Apple single-sign-on.
First, we'll show you some examples of real past deals members have loved. After that, you'll be prompted to add your Home Airport. Simply type in the city, airport name, or airport code you would like to set:
Next, if you like, you can select additional airports to follow. This is optional - if you'd like to skip this step for now, simply click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen.
Then we'll ask you to tell us where you'd most like to visit! We'll make some suggestions, but you can also use the search bar to add specific cities, states, or countries. This is optional - if you'd like to skip this step for now, simply click "Add Later" on the bottom of the screen.
Finally, we'll send a confirmation email to your address.
- If you don't receive a verification email within 15-30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folders. For Gmail users, you can also check your Trash and Promotions folders. If you don't see the email, reach out to our support team and they'll be able to re-send the verification email your way :)
- Once you open the confirmation email, click the "Verify Your Account" button within the confirmation email:
  
  Note: If you're having trouble when clicking the button, you can also copy the link in the email and paste it into an incognito browser window.
Once you verify your email address, you will see a confirmation screen. Click the "Log In" button to continue:
On the following page, select "Stay Limited" in the top-right corner.
- NOTE: Do not select the “Try Premium Free” button under Premium or Elite at this time.
On the next page, select “Skip” in the top-right of that screen. Do not select "Try for Free" at the bottom.
You now have a Limited (free) Going membership and will be brought to your Deals page.

Now, it’s time to redeem your Premium or Elite gift card!
Head to Going.com/giftcards-redeem and type in the code listed on your gift card.
Click “Submit”.
You're all set! Your Billing page will confirm your updated membership tier and when your gifted membership time expires.
Be sure to update your departure airports: Premium members can follow up to 10 departure airports, while Elite members can follow an unlimited number of airports.
Elite & Premium members also have access to the Watchlist, so be sure to update your destinations as well!
