How do I redeem my free Going Premium membership?

Congratulations on winning a free year of Premium membership from Going!

To redeem your free year of Premium, follow the steps below:

Visit Going.com/giftcards-redeem
If you already have a Going membership, click “Sign In” to log into your existing membership. After you've signed in, skip to step #10.
If you are a new Going member, click “Sign Up”. You can input an email address and password combo, or sign up with Google single-sign-on.
You’ll receive a verification email to your inbox; click the blue “Verify Your Account” button in that email.
- If you don't receive a verification email within 15-30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folders. If you don't see the email, reach out to our support team and they'll be able to re-send the verification email your way :)
After you’ve verified your account, you’ll be prompted to log in and complete onboarding.
Select your desired Home Airport and up to 4 additional airports you’d like to receive flight deals from! Once you've selected 1-5 airports, click "Continue" on the bottom of that page.

On the following page, select "Stay Limited" in the top-right corner.
- NOTE: Do not select the “Try for Free” button under Premium at this time.
On the next page, select “Stay on Limited Plan” at the bottom of that screen.
You now have a Limited (free) Going membership and will be brought to your Deals page.

Now, it’s time to redeem your free Premium upgrade!
Head back to Going.com/giftcards-redeem and paste in the code you received from KFC. Click “Submit”.
Congratulations - you’re now a Premium Going member! Your Billing page will confirm your membership tier and when your gifted year expires.
As a Premium member, you will receive our best economy-class deals, and you can now follow up to 10 departure airports - to add additional airports, visit your Departure Airports settings page here.

At Going, the most exciting flight opportunities find you. Here, we lean into the unexpected to open ourselves up to more travel. We currently find deals departing from more than 150 airports within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Keep in mind that we're neither a travel agency nor a flight search engine. It's a point of pride for us that we find better fares to/from more places and make sure you know about them before they disappear. To do that, we have a team of experts dedicated to finding flights from the US to domestic destinations and destinations around the world.

Unlike other sites, we don't receive any commissions off the flights you book, so our only incentive is to help people find great deals. This means we won't spam your inbox with lame deals imploring you to purchase, and we evaluate every deal to ensure it's not too good to be true.

How does Going work?

Our team of flight experts will send the best curated deals departing from the airports you choose straight to your inbox. Additional deals are also added to your Deals page!

We only send our members the best deals - we take into consideration things like layovers, airlines, timing, and add-on fees. We also don’t send deals on ultra-low-cost-carriers like Frontier or Spirit.

Can I search deals by date?

Yes! While your emailed deals cannot currently be filtered, on your deals page you can filter to your hearts content - including filters for departure month, airline, airport, price, and more. To learn more about saved filters, click here.

Keep in mind that at this time, there is no way to filter your deal emails; these filters only applies to the logged-in web experience.

Can I search deals by destination?

Yes! On your deals page, simply type your desired destination airport. If we’ve found any deals from your airports, they’ll pop up there. Sometimes certain routes have deals less often than others, but our team is always looking 👀

Keep in mind that at this time, there is no way to filter your deal emails; the destination search only applies to the logged-in web experience.
