Please note: If you used your Google account to sign up for a Going account (Google single sign-on), your account does not require a password. Instead, click the "Log in with Google" button on the login screen and choose the Google account you used to sign up (Hint ✅ it's the email address where you receive our email deals).
To reset your Going account password:
- Click here to login and click Login in the header
- Click the "Login with email" button.
- Below the input form, click on the "Having trouble logging in?" link.
- Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button. You'll receive a Password Reset email in your inbox within a couple of minutes, which you'll use to reset your account password.
If you don't see the Password Reset email in your Primary inbox, please check your Spam folder. For Gmail users — we recommend checking your Promotions, Updates, and Trash folders.
Resetting your account password: Troubleshooting
If you attempt to reset your password and you receive a "Reset password token is invalid" message:
- Please try clearing your cache and cookies and sending yourself another Password Reset email from the "Having trouble logging in?" link.
- Try using a browser Incognito window and follow the steps above to reset your password.
- If you still need help, contact us, support@going.com, from your membership email address.
To change your password within the Going mobile app, please follow the steps below:
- Open Settings in the Going App
- Select Login and Security
- Tap into your existing password
- Check your email inbox for a verification email
- Tap Change my Password in that email
- Enter & re-enter your new password
- Tap Reset Password
*IMPORTANT: If you log in with SSO (single-sign-on) through Apple or Google, you will not be able to change your password within the app. Instead, you will need to update your login details with your SSO provider directly.
